Niveus Redesign

Explanation for design: 

I left the white color, iced over parts, feathered wings, and body shape how the contest holder wanted. I added feathers to the head, front legs, and to part of the tail to match the wings better. I also added ice-spikes in with the parts with the feathers because its an ice dragon. I also added and ear and a swirl design across her body. But I decided to make it larger and more like armor. I came up with this idea because in her character profile it says Niveus has become vicious and cautious of others. 
I also changed her tail because I wanted to get rid of the fur and replace it with feathers and ice. The last thing I changed was her iced over legs. I extended the ice to half cover the shackles.
